Your responsibilities:
As a Data Protection Officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring that we comply with all data protection regulations and that our marketing activities are designed in accordance with data protection laws. Your main tasks will include:
Monitoring and implementation of our data protection guidelines and procedures
Advising our digital marketing teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Ensuring the lawful use of data in performance marketing, particularly in connection with Meta and Google
Responsibility for tracking website visitors and advertising accordingly in a manner that complies with data protection regulations
Conducting data protection audits and risk assessments
Training our employees on data protection regulations and procedures
Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified person with the following qualifications and skills:
Completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of data protection
Proven experience in digital marketing, primarily in working with Meta and Google
Solid understanding of data protection laws and regulations, particularly in the context of performance marketing
Experience in tracking website visitors and advertising in compliance with data protection regulations
Analysis of complex data protection issues and development of solutions
Excellent communication and training skills
High level of initiative and reliability
